Private lesson Appointments Policy

Private lessons are subject to trainer availability and approval.

Booking & Payment All private lessons must be arranged through the Roundabout Circus office, as sessions are scheduled specifically for each individual. Bookings must be confirmed and paid in full at least 2 business days in advance via the Customer Portal, unless otherwise arranged with the office.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled at any time with no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $30 non-refundable booking fee, with any remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.

Due to staff scheduling, cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled lesson (no show), will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.
