Enrolment & Membership

privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect your information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles. We collect only what is needed to manage your enrolment and deliver our programs safely. We do not sell your information.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Smiles Guarantee & when refunds apply. Not happy within your first 14 days? We'll refund the remaining portion of your first month — no questions asked. Outside this period, refunds are considered case by case for significant circumstances.

Registered assistance animals & what to expect. Registered assistance animals are welcome at Roundabout Circus in accordance with Australian law.
Open Training
Sign-off, equipment, new skills & behviour. Open Training is for practising circus skills in a safe, supervised environment. All aerialists must be signed off by an Approved Trainer for each discipline. New skills must be discussed with and spotted by an Approved Trainer before attempting.
Tokens, availability & conditions. Members may access unlimited make-up classes, subject to availability and accounts being up to date. Make-up tokens are valid for six months from the date of issue.
