With over 35 classes per week, you have the flexibility to choose how many classes to attend, giving you full control over your Circus journey and investment.

Membership Enrollment

Members sign up for their own Customer Portal on iClassPro, enabling them to enroll, access classes, update accounts, and more.

Members agree to the Roundabout Circus policies and waiver forms during enrollment.

Members acknowledge and accept the Roundabout Circus Direct Debit policy.

Membership Fees are calculated on a 4-term NSW school year and divided into 11 equal monthly payments (February - December) spreading costs evenly across the year.

Membership Fees are deducted monthly, with fees spread evenly over each school term.

Membership Fees are due on the 1st day of the month via Direct Debit or the next business day if 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Consistent monthly charges are deducted even during months with school holidays or shorter months like December.

Pro-rata membership fees are calculated post-enrollment for students joining mid month. The full first-month membership fee is paid at time of enrollment. Pro-rata adjustments are applied to the second monthly payment.

Customer statements are available in the Accounts section of the Customer Portal.

Students and families are notified electronically of upcoming monthly fees, 7 days before each month's end.
Annual Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee is charged at enrollment time.
This fee covers annual registration and Insurance for the calendar year.

Membership Fee Discounts

Enrolling in multiple classes attracts a discounted price for individual students and families. E.g. enroll in 2 classes and get 10% off the lower priced class.

NDIS support for students who use NDIS funding. Financial statements can be provided on request.

Volunteer Class discounts are offered to students who volunteer time to help out at Roundabout Circus.
Other Charges

Annual showcase fees are charged in July and August* and cover Costume Hire fees.

Student uniform can be bought through our online shop or in the studio. These will not show on your customer account. Circus shirts are not compulsory but lots of fun.

Private lessons are booked and paid in advance via the Customer Portal. Private lessons are subject to Instructor approval and availability.

Failed payment fee: $5.50 for all rejected payments.

Accounts overdue by 14 days will incur additional Late fee charges of $10.00 per student, per month.

Members with overdue balances may be excluded from classes, private lessons, or the showcase until fees are up to date.

Membership Cancellation
While there are no lock-in contracts, there is a minimum of 3 months of attendance for a full term. We believe this time provides you a chance to learn, grow your Circus skills,
Cancellation requests must be in writing, and sent by email to admin@roundaboutcircus.com
Student Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
Applications for cancellation cannot be taken over the phone or in person and are not able to be backdated. All cancellations of membership but be in writing to the office.
All debts must be cleared before membership cancellation.

Membership on pause
Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 months per year. If you are missing a couple of weeks, we offer unlimited makeup tokens valid for up to 6 months.
We require 14 days' notice to pause your membership.
Financial Subsidy - Circus Fund of Possibilities
If you are experiencing financial hardship, you can apply for a partial subsidy for program class membership fees.

What age groups and skill levels do you offer classes for?We have classes available that suit all ages, skills, abilities, and capabilities from ages between 1 year through to Adults. We welcome all levels of experience, from Intro to Advanced.

How do I know which class is best for my child?If you are not sure what class is best for you we suggest giving them a try and finding out what you like. We allow obligation-free trials in all of our classes, allowing you to try before committing to classes.

Do you offer Try a class?Yes, we do offer a free Try a Class for your first class with us. You can Try a class in any class format you have not tried before. It’s a great way to see if you enjoy the class or a way to move around the classes to see which class style is a fit for you. If you want to continue the class, please contact us, and we can help you sign up for ongoing classes. There is also the option to come as a casual student for some classes. You can chat to our Team about what options are available to continue.

What happens after the free trial class?Just let us know if you would like to continue with classes. You can complete the enrolment process online via our Customer Account portal, which enables you to manage your account, create enrollments, and make payments.

How do I sign my child up for a free trial class?Simply click on "Try a Class" button on this website, enter your details, and we will be in touch shortly after to give you some more information bout the class.

What should I wear for circus classes?Wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in, for example, pants and a T-shirt. Aerial workshops we recommend, leggings, tracksuits or other pants that go below the knee, and shirts that cover the back, armpits, and waist are recommended. Strictly no jeans or clothing with zippers on the aerials. Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied up during aerial and tumbling activities. Jewellery should be removed before participating in aerial classes. No Shoes are to be worn on the mats. Please also bring a water bottle. There is tap water available for refills.

Are classes suitable for beginners with no experience?Absolutely.

Can parents stay and watch during the classes?Parents are welcome to stay and watch from the waiting area or they can drop off and return at the end of class. If you do stay, we ask that you stay out of the training area during class and remain in the waiting area unless using the bathroom facilities. This helps the students stay focused on the class.

Can I bring food to the Circus?No food is to be consumed during class. Strictly no gum during classes.

Do you accept the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers?Yes, we accept these vouchers. Email us a screenshot of the voucher along with your Child’s full name, class or workshop they will be enrolling in, and a credit will be applied to your account. Allow up to 48 hours for the credit to be applied to your account. You can combine vouchers for up to $100 per student. Vouchers can be used for weekly classes or school holiday programs. Vouchers are not transferable and can only be used for the Child as noted on the Active and Creative Kids Vouchers by Service NSW.

What If I am unable to attend my regular class?We understand that you may not feel well or can’t make it to class, and request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours' notice if you can’t make your regular class. Please give advance notice of absence via the customer portal. If it is short notice, please also email or call the office so we can offer make-up classes to those waiting for space in busy classes. Letting us know if you can’t make a class helps us keep track of your make-up classes, ensuring you don’t miss out on them. If no notice is given, then a makeup token will not be issued. Make up tokens are valid for 6 months.

How do I make up a class?Makeup classes are available to students who have current enrollment in weekly classes. Makeup Classes Tokens are available and only redeemable under the following conditions: Providing a minimum of 2 hours prior notice has been provided, a make-up session of equal value may be offered during the term in other classes that have available space. Students can alternatively attend an open training session Makeup tokens are valid for 180 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended You can book makeup classes through your Customer portal or by contacting the office via email or phone. Let our office team or teacher know on arrival that you are attending a make-up session, otherwise, you may be charged for the class.

How many make-up classes can I do?A maximum of three (3) make-up sessions per class per term can be redeemed. You can book makeup classes through the customer portal or by contacting the office via email or phone. Make-up classes can only be booked if your class fees are up to date. Anyone with overdue fees cannot use their makeup classes until this is finalised.

How many months do I pay for the program's annual membership?It’s simple! We deduct annual membership monthly fees spread over 11 months, from February to December. Class enrollments open in January, with classes commencing in February. Membership Fees are deducted monthly, with fees spread evenly throughout the year. Membership Fees are charged by Direct Debit on the 1st day of the month, or the next business day if 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Are there sneaky extra fees I should know about?No sneaky stuff here: Direct debit from your bank account? No extra fees. Using a credit card? Yep, there’s a small processing fee. Missed payment? If there aren’t enough funds, there’s a penalty fee: $5.50 for bank accounts and $0.33 for credit cards. This is a pass-through cost charged by the Payment Gateway Provider.

I’m joining halfway through the term. Do I still pay full fees?No, we calculate the Pro-rata membership fees post-enrollment. The full first-month membership fee is paid at time of enrollment, and pro-rata adjustments are applied to the second monthly payment.

Do I have to commit for the whole year?Not at all! There is a 3-month minimum commitment only.

How many classes do I get each year?We guarantee at least 38 classes per year, but most classes will have 40.

Do I pay during the school holidays?No extra payments are made during the school holidays. Monthly payment may fall during the school holiday period and only relates to the fees due. All Members get a discount code to use on school holiday bookings so you can save and keep up your circus fun all year round.

Oops, I missed a payment. What now?It happens! Just make sure you have sufficient funds in your account for up to 3 days from the 1st of the month. If there are insufficient funds, then there’s a small penalty fee. We like to help you by sending a reminder of upcoming monthly payments. This is sent to your nominated email address in your Customer Account portal. After your payment is missed we will contact you via email and text to let you know so the payment can be rescheduled.

What if my class falls on a public holiday?No worries! You’ll get a make-up token to attend another class or an open training session. Make up tokens can be used for up to 6 months after they are issued as long as you are still enrolled as a member in a regular class.

Do we have to pay for performances?For our big Term 3 student showcase, there’s a $35 costume hire fee per class.

Can I swap classes?Absolutely. The end of each term is a great time to adjust your schedule if needed, but you can also make changes at any time by requesting a transfer through the customer portal if your schedule changes. Chat to your class teacher if you are changing Aerial classes and need to know which level classes will suit your goals and experience.

What if Roundabout Circus cancels a class?If we ever have to cancel, we’ll give you a make-up token or offer an open training session to make up for it.
