We are passionate about keeping costs low for our students and community while maintaining quality. Keeping Circus affordable is important to us. Below is an outline of what to expect throughout the year:

Discovery Pass – What to know before you start

​

The Discovery Pass is designed as a short-term introduction to circus, giving new students time to explore classes and see what suits them before committing to a full term.

​

• The Discovery Pass is available to new students only

• One Discovery Pass per person

• The pass starts from your first booked class, not the purchase date

• Passes are valid for the stated period only (2 weeks for kids and teens, 4 weeks for adults)

• Classes must be booked in advance and are subject to availability

• Missed classes can’t be refunded or carried over

• Discovery Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable once started
   

Some specialty classes, workshops or invite-only programs may not be included in the Discovery Pass.

If a class is cancelled by us, we’ll do our best to offer an alternative option where possible.

Our coaches may adapt activities to suit individual needs and to ensure everyone’s safety. All participants are expected to follow studio guidelines and coach instructions.

With over 40 classes per week, you have the flexibility to choose how many classes to attend, giving you full control over your Circus journey and investment.

• No lock-in contracts.

• Membership fees are charged monthly.

• Minimum 3 months attendance to give yourself a chance to learn and grow your Circus skills. This takes into account one holiday period.

We are confident you will love stepping into the enchanting world of circus skills. If for any reason you are not happy with the classes within your first 14 days then we will refund the rest of your first months fees and there is no further commitment. 
 

Membership Enrollment

 

• Members sign up for their own Customer Portal on iClassPro, enabling them to enroll, access classes, update accounts, and more.  

• Members agree to the Roundabout Circus policies and waiver forms during enrollment.  

• Members acknowledge and accept the Roundabout Circus Direct Debit policy.

Direct Debit - Monthly Circus Membership fees.

​

• Membership Fees are calculated  based on a 40 classes per year and divided into 11 equal monthly payments (February - December) spreading costs evenly across the year. Our classes follow the NSW School term and the membership fees account for holiday breaks.

 

• Membership Fees are deducted monthly via direct debit.

 

• Membership Fees are due in advance on the 1st day of the month via Direct Debit or the next business day if 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday.

 

• Consistent monthly charges are deducted even during months with school holidays or shorter months like December.  

 

• Pro-rata membership fees are calculated post-enrollment for students joining mid month.  The full first-month membership fee is paid at time of enrollment. Pro-rata adjustments are applied to the second monthly payment.

 

• Customer statements are available in the Accounts section of the Customer Portal. 

 

• Students and families are notified electronically of upcoming monthly fees, 7 days before each month's end.

Membership Fee Discounts

 

• Enrolling in multiple classes attracts a discounted price for individual students  2nd class is 15% off, 3rd class 30% off and 4th class or more is 45% off. E.g. enroll in 2 classes and get 10% off the lower priced class.

 

• NDIS support for students who use NDIS funding.  Financial statements can be provided on request. 

 

• Volunteer Class discounts are offered to students who volunteer regular time to help out at Roundabout Circus on a weekly basis.
   

• We have our Circus Fund of Possibility which provides a subsidy for students who are experiencing financial difficulties.  Please contact us if you need support. 

 

Other Charges 

 

• Annual showcase fees are charged in July and August* and cover Costume Hire fees, and a group photo.
   

• Student uniform can be bought through our online shop or in the studio. These will not show on your customer account. Circus shirts are not compulsory but lots of fun.

 

• Private lessons are booked and paid in advance via the Customer Portal.  Private lessons are subject to Instructor approval and availability.

Direct Debit Fees

​

• Set Up Fee: No Fee

• Bank Account Payments: No fee

• Visa/Mastercard Payments: $0.33 plus 1.87%

• Amex Card Fee: $0.33 plus 3.85%

• Failed payment fee: $5.50 for all rejected payments.

Outstanding/Late Fees

​

• Accounts overdue by 14 days will incur additional Late fee charges of $10.00 per student, per month.

• Members with overdue balances may be excluded from classes, private lessons, or the showcase until fees are up to date.

Membership Cancellation

 

While there are no lock-in contracts, we have a minimum of 3 months enrollment. This includes one holiday period which is factored into the pricing.  We believe this time provides you a chance to learn, grow your circus skills, and connect with the community. 

If you decide within 14 days of your first class that circus life is not for you, then we have our 100% smiles guarantee and you will have nothing further to pay and a refund of any future classes

Cancellation requests must be in writing, and sent via email to Roundabout Circus admin team.

 

 

Student Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy

 

Applications for cancellation cannot be taken over the phone or in person and are not able to be backdated. All cancellations of membership but be in writing to the office.

 

All debts must be cleared before membership cancellation.

Membership on pause

 

Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 months per year.  If you are missing a couple of weeks, we offer unlimited makeup tokens valid for up to 6 months.

We require 14 days' notice to pause your membership.

Keeping Records Updated

 

• Members can use the Customer Portal to update their details or notify us in writing of any changes to contact details or class enrollments to ensure records remain accurate.​​​​​
