Make-up Class & Drop Policy
Makeup Classes Policy Fees reserve your spot in a Roundabout Circus class with limited teacher-to-student ratios.

Missed classes due to sickness or personal reasons are not refundable.

Students may attend an alternative makeup class with at least 2 hours’ notice via the customer portal. For short notice, email or call the office for availability.

Do not notify via social media, as it is not checked frequently.

Students can also attend an open training session or juggle club using a make up token.

Members can have unlimited make up tokens, providing they give the required 2 hour notice.

Makeup tokens are valid for 6 months and cannot be extended.

Students must meet the minimum age and skill requirements for makeup classes (e.g., beginner students cannot join intermediate-advanced classes).

Makeup classes are available only if member fees are current.

Availability of space to use makeup tokens is not guaranteed, and fees won’t be refunded if a convenient class cannot be found.

No makeup classes for holiday intensive program absences or missed private classes.

Makeup classes can be taken if a suitable class is available.

Makeup classes are not transferable to siblings, holiday programs, or future program classes.

Unused makeup classes are not refundable or credited.

Once booked, makeup classes cannot be changed. No replacements for missed classes.
Class Drops

All students enrolled in core program classes will have their enrolment rolled over to the next class block throughout the year unless we are informed.

Parents must notify the office to withdraw from a class.

Notice is required in writing via email or customer portal before the end of the month

If a student stops coming to class without notification, we will attempt to contact to find out if they want to continue with their membership. After 2 months we will drop the space in the class.

Verbal notification of students no longer attending classes will not be accepted.

All Students are dropped from classes at the end of Term 4 to allow for the new year timetable and program changes for students graduating to other programs.
