Fire and Flow | For the fire starters

Fire & Flow is our quarterly community flow jam for teens and adults. Whether you spin fire, flow with LED, or you’re just starting, this is your chance to step into the circle and move with like-minded people.

Held at our Gosford studio, Fire & Flow runs from 7:00 pm–9:30 pm and brings the community together for an evening of shared training and creative energy. It’s relaxed, welcoming and focused. All you need to do is bring your props, your ideas and your curiosity.

If you’re new to spinning with fire, we begin with a Beginner’s Fire Safety Briefing at 7:00 pm. This covers the essentials so you can train safely and confidently. If you’re planning to spin fire for the first time, make sure you arrive on time

After that, the space opens up. Fire spinners, LED artists and prop manipulators of all kinds are welcome. Some people use the night to refine sequences they’ve been building. Others come to train, experiment and be part of the energy in the room. There’s no pressure to perform. It’s about practice, presence and community.

Fire Safety Reminder

If you’re spinning fire, you must wear natural fibres such as cotton, wool or denim. Synthetic clothing increases fire risk and won’t be permitted for lighting up. If you’re wearing synthetics, you’re still welcome to join, but you’ll need to stick with LED props. We take safety seriously so everyone can play with confidence.
