Fire n Flow

Fire & Flow is our quarterly community flow jam for teens and adults. Whether you spin fire, flow with LED, or you’re just starting, this is your chance to step into the circle and move with like-minded people. Held at our Gosford studio, Fire & Flow runs from 7:00 pm–9:30 pm and brings the community together for an evening of shared training and creative energy. It’s relaxed, welcoming and focused. All you need to do is bring your props, your ideas and your curiosity. If you
