Sam has been part of Roundabout Circus for just over three years, and in that time, she’s carved a path defined by courage, creativity, and community spirit.
This year, she chose the braver line of performing. Stepping out of her comfort zone, Sam joined our Performance Development class, created an original clowning piece, and debuted it at Alias Cabaret in June. It was a bold leap that showcased not just her skills but her willingness to take risks, try something new, and shine on stage.

Next up, you’ll see Sam performing as one of the Lost Girls in our upcoming production of Neverland (25–26 October). This major showcase brings our whole community together, and Sam is diving in with energy, dedication, and heart.
Offstage, Sam continues to inspire. She’s stepped up as Board Secretary, quietly stitches parts of her own costumes, and is always the first to cheer on a classmate between turns. Her generosity and encouragement ripple through the Roundabout family, embodying the value she represents so strongly: Empowerment.
At Roundabout, empowerment means backing yourself to take the next step while lifting others along the way. Sam does exactly that, reminding us that every time someone takes a risk, the whole community grows stronger.
