Our AGM is not a boring meeting

Our AGM Performance night is a celebration and we are doing it Circus-style
Our Annual General Meeting might have chairs in rows, but it's not a 'suit and tie', 'minutes & lectern' kind of evening. At Roundabout, the AGM is part of our Tea & Circus End of Term performance night, where reporting back to our community happens under stage lights and sometimes mid air.
In past years we have delivered the CEO report from a trapeze, had our Treasurer share the financials alongside a juggling showcase, and even seen an interpretive dance accompany the Chairperson’s reflections. It is governance, Roundabout style.
This year we will recap 2025, sharing our highlights, challenges, new programs and the 23,000 smiles created across the Coast, alongside acts from our troupe members and opportunities for students to perform their favourite new tricks. It is a celebration of creativity, courage and community, and everyone is welcome to attend.
