Try a Workout That Makes You Forget You're Working Out
There's nothing wrong with the gym.
Sometimes, though, the thought of doing another set of squats, another treadmill session or another round of the same workout is enough to make you want to lie down and stay there.
What if your fitness routine didn't have to feel repetitive?
What if your workout could challenge your body, keep your brain busy and have you doing things you never thought you could?
🎪 NEW CLASS EOI: Aerial Conditioning
Our new Aerial Conditioning class is designed for cirque curious adults who want to build strength, improve their fitness and challenge themselves in a completely different way.
This isn't about mindlessly counting reps while staring at a wall. You'll be working on the strength and conditioning drills that form the foundation of aerial circus including (but not limited to):
straddles (legs up!)
skin the cats (shoulder flexibility)
grip strength (all hands on)
pull-ups (arm day)
climbs (hello core strength)
hip locks (feel the burn)
You'll work across lyra, rope, silks and trapeze, building strength, stamina, body awareness and control.
And the best part? You'll be so busy concentrating on what your body is doing that you forget you're working out at all.
Aerial conditioning gets you out of your head and into your body. It asks you to focus, try, wobble, adjust and try again. It challenges muscles you might not even know you had and gives you the chance to do things you never thought your body could do.
From complete beginners to experienced aerialists, all levels are welcome.
